The Fully Automatic Potato Chips Making Machine is designed specifically for crispy fried potato chip snack production. It forms a closed-loop process, encompassing washing, peeling, slicing, blanching, dehydration, continuous frying, deoiling, seasoning, and packaging. The entire line is constructed of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel and supported by a PLC control system, ensuring consistent potato chip quality, a crispy texture, and uniform color. It also significantly reduces labor input and improves production capacity and consistency.

Potato Chips Making Manufacturing Process
Potatoes (fresh potatoes) → Elevator → Washing & Peeling → Sorting → Slicing → Rinse → Blanching → Dehydration (vibration & air blowing) → Continuous Frying → Deoiling & Cooling → Seasoning → Automatic Weighing & Packaging
Elevator: Transports batches of fresh potatoes to the washing and peeling stages, ensuring smooth, continuous production.
Washer & Peeler: Uses brushes and water sprays to thoroughly remove the potato skin and dirt, preserving the quality of the slices.
Sorting Conveyor: Removes substandard or oversized potatoes, ensuring uniform slicing.
Slicer: Slices potatoes into adjustable thickness slices to ensure even frying.
Rinser: Washes the slices with water or air bubbles to remove surface starch and sugar, extending the oil life and enhancing the flavor.
Blancher: Blanches the potato slices in hot water/steam at approximately 70–90°C to destroy enzymes, enhance color, and enhance crispness.
Dehydrator (vibration + air): Quickly removes surface moisture from the potato slices, preparing them for frying and reducing oil consumption.
Continuous Fryer: Fries potato chips at a controlled temperature of approximately 160–180°C for approximately 3–5 minutes, achieving a golden, crispy finish.
De-Oil Cooler: Vibrates and cools the chips with air to remove excess oil, making them healthier and less greasy.
Seasoning Machine: Evenly coats the potato chips with different flavors within a rotating drum.
Automatic Weighing and Packaging Machine: Automatically measures, fills with nitrogen, seals the bags, and prints the date, completing the entire packaging process.
